Cancellation Policy

(1) Cancellation of the rental agreement must be made in writing via email. The following conditions apply to cancellations:

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 90 days before the arrival date if you pay by invoice/bank transfer. For credit card payments, we charge a 2% processing fee.
• From the 89th day before the arrival date and in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed rental price.

Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
